The main objective of this business line is the elimination of regulatory obstacles to agribusiness development, creation of the favorable regulatory climate in agriculture.

Within the frames of this business line the following initiatives are realized:

• Facilitate the process of a quick deregulation in the agricultural sector;
• Decrease price risks for agricultural commodity producers of by facilitating the implementation of futures trades;
• Development of financial services in agriculture such as crediting, financial leasing and insurance;
• Creation of the auspicious regulatory environment for the sugar industry development.

During the realization of the initiatives analyses of problems is to be done, concrete steps for their solution and their impact upon the economical growth of the agricultural sector are justified as well as necessary legislative amendments and proposals are developed.
